By now, you've probably read the Kik message we sent you, and hopefully had a chance to download our new beta version of Kik for BlackBerry devices.

We're making it privately available to a handful of people at www.kik.com/shhh before the public launch, as a thank-you for sticking with Kik on BlackBerry devices. We've been looking forward to this day for a long, long time, as you probably have been too. It's an exciting, historic day.

We think you're going to fall in love with Kik all over again - the new version is crazy fast, super reliable, and more beautiful than ever. It also has profile pictures, groups, and other cool stuff that you've been missing. If you run into any glitches or errors, please email us at shhh@kik.com or send me your thoughts directly to this address.

One last thing: please keep this news to yourself for now. We'll be launching it publicly soon, but don't want word to leak out before then.
